Gagosian will present works by gallery artists, with a large section of the booth dedicated to new works by Katharina Grosse. The centerpiece will be Ingres Wood (2018), a large-scale sculpture comprising segments of a huge tree trunk piled over voluminous draped fabric, spray-painted across all surfaces. The pine tree, felled just last year, was famously planted by Jean-Auguste Dominique Ingres (1790–1867) when he was director of Villa Medici. On the walls surrounding the sculpture will be boldly painted works on paper. To receive a PDF with detailed information on the works, please contact the gallery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Regent’s Park, London
Gagosian will present new works by Urs Fischer, including large-scale triptychs made by hand using a digital substrate, then silkscreened onto aluminum panels. Evolving from the nine-part painting Sōtatsu (2018), exhibited earlier this year at Gagosian, New York, these transformational tableaux suggest a visual realm where reality and abstraction coexist. To receive a PDF with detailed information on the works, please contact the gallery at email@example.com. To attend the fair, purchase tickets at frieze.com.
