This online benefit auction for Printed Matter features over sixty donated artworks—some of which were created especially for the fundraiser—by contemporary artists, including Richard ArtschwagerPiero GoliaAdam McEwenRichard PrinceEd RuschaTaryn Simon, and Jonas Wood. Proceeds from the auction, which is hosted by Artsy, will support the nonprofit organization’s mission to further the distribution, understanding, and appreciation of artist’s books and related publications.

Coalition for the Homeless

Limited-edition bone china plates produced by Prospect and featuring artwork by more than forty artists—including Virgil Abloh, Derrick Adams, Harold Ancart, Georg Baselitz, Amoako Boafo, Mark Grotjahn, Takashi Murakami, Albert Oehlen, Ed Ruscha, Anna Weyant, and Jonas Wood—will be sold through Artware Editions to raise funds for the Coalition’s lifesaving programs. The funds raised by the sale of the plates will provide food, crisis services, housing, and other critical aid to thousands of people experiencing homelessness and instability. The purchase of one plate can feed one hundred homeless and hungry New Yorkers.

Jonas Wood will sign copies of his new book, Prints 2—inside his exhibition of the same name at Gagosian, New York—to celebrate its publication. A companion to the 2018 title Prints, this volume documents the artist’s dynamic printmaking output from 2018 to 2022, reproducing more than thirty limited-edition prints made during this period organized into sections representing various printmaking studios with which Wood has collaborated. It also includes a conversation between Wood and master printer Ed Hamilton discussing the evolution of printing practices and Wood’s creative influences. Published by Gagosian, the book will be available for purchase at the event, which is free to attend.

Funds raised through this event provide crucial support for the Drawing Center’s ambitious roster of exhibitions, publications, education initiatives, and public programs.

Louis Vuitton X celebrates the fashion house’s 160-year history of artistic collaborations and marks the world premiere of the Artycapucines Collection. The line includes limited-edition reinterpretations of the label’s iconic Capucines bag by six artists including Urs Fischer, Alex Israel, and Jonas Wood. The exhibition also brings together a collection of early twentieth-century special-order trunks, art deco perfume bottles, iconic Monogram bags reworked by artists such as Frank Gehry and Cindy Sherman, and original collaborations by artists such as Richard Prince.
