Boucheron
Boucheron presented their “Impermanence” collection, a High Jewelry exploration of the coexistence between eternity and the ephemeral. Created by the maison’s creative director, Claire Choisne, this “Carte Blanche” collection features six ikebana-inspired compositions, each designed to capture the fleeting beauty of nature. Elements such as tulips, thistles, cyclamen, irises, magnolias, and poppies are “frozen in their evanescent glory.” The jewelry takes sculptural form, designed to “rest on the body” and invite reflection on nature and its preservation.

Buccellati
Buccellati unveiled a new capsule collection of three one-of-a-kind evening clutch bags, blending historical inspiration with contemporary design. Presented during Paris High Jewelry Week, the collection pays tribute to founder Mario Buccellati’s original “bejeweled bags” from the 1920s and 1930s, known for their elegant embroidery and precious-stone embellishments. Drawing further inspiration from historic clutch bags restored for a 2024 Venice exhibition, the collection includes a green velvet rectangular clutch with a cabochon rubellite tourmaline, a black velvet clutch adorned with diamonds and rubellites, and a spherical black velvet bag with diamond-set triangles and a yellow gold handle. Each piece embodies Buccellati’s commitment to craftsmanship and timeless elegance.

Jacqueline Karachi, director of High Jewelry creation, describes “En Équilibre” as “creating a distinctive line through understatement,” where precision and harmony guide each design. Highlights include the Scalera ring, which features a Zambian emerald in a tiered architectural setting, and the Byzas necklace, combining Ceylon sapphires and Zambian emeralds to emphasize the power of contrast. The collection celebrates Cartier’s vision of elegance and exquisite craftsmanship.

The “Horsebit” collection reinterprets the iconic equestrian motif in rings, necklaces, and bracelets adorned with sapphires and rubies. Meanwhile, the “Marina Chain” line revives a 1960s maritime-inspired design, incorporating a range of stones like rubies, tsavorites, and sapphires in a striking contemporary look.
