Gagosian will present a project space exploring the multifaceted work and influences of painter and performance artist Spencer Sweeney. The musical group I.U.D. (Lizzi Bougatsos, Sadie Laska, and Sweeney) will release a new single created for the fair, which will be made available with accompanying sleeves designed by the artists. Alongside this and other editioned works, a library of books and ephemera curated by Sweeney will reflect and expand upon how the sonic, the visual, and the mystical are inextricable within the artist’s practice.
