Visitor Guidelines

In order to provide a safe environment for our staff and the public, visitors are asked to comply with the following protocols as well as to respect instructions given by gallery staff.

In accordance with Key to NYC guidelines, all visitors age 12 and older must present one of the following items to enter the gallery:
– CDC covid-19 vaccination card (or photo)
– NYC covid Safe app
– New York State Excelsior Pass
– NYC covid-19 vaccination record
– An official covid-19 immunization record from outside NYC or the US
– Proof of a covid-19 negative PCR test result obtained no more than 72 hours ahead of your visit

– A limited number of visitors will be permitted within the exhibition spaces.
– Visitors must wear masks completely covering the mouth and nose for the duration of their visit.
– Visitors must maintain at least 6 feet of distance from others.
– Hand sanitizer and masks will be provided for use.

An exhibition curated by Sergio Risaliti, director of the Museo Novecento, Florence, pairs artworks by Jenny Saville with artists of the Italian Renaissance. On view across that city at the Museo Novecento, the Museo di Palazzo Vecchio, the Museo dell’Opera del Duomo, the Museo degli Innocenti, and the Museo di Casa Buonarroti through February 20, 2022, the presentation features paintings and drawings by Saville from the 1990s through to work made especially for the occasion. Here, Risaliti reflects on the resonances and reverberations brought about by these pairings.
